Stay Away from AgentCrate.com: Poor Service and Refund PolicyI recently tried AgentCrate.com and had a very negative experience. Not only did their service fail to meet my expectations, but their customer service was also incredibly disappointing. I requested a refund just 15 minutes after the charge was done, but they refused to issue it, citing a flimsy excuse that they only see cancellation requests after the subscription has been renewed. To make matters worse, the service they provide is not worth the money they are charging. The visuals are trivial and of mediocre quality, while the captions are poor and lack creativity. As a customer, I expect quality and value for my money, and AgentCrate.com failed to deliver on both these fronts. Overall, I would not recommend AgentCrate.com to anyone. They are a bad business provider who is more interested in charging money than serving their customers better. Please be aware of their shortcomings before doing business with them.
