The Return Policy of Agent Crate is as follows: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the delivery date of your order. Returns past the 7-day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, they will process your return. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
